Yes, I too do the same, dont know the reason but its become an habit from my school days.
Not only books – any website, i go from the last article (from the start of the blog/website) – I feel, i am completing or making a progress.
Dont know other insights in it. But i feel comfortable doing it than reading it from the first page.
